From the time we met, Craig was friendly, informative, and professional. It was great to see his passion and skill for flying open cockpit bi-planes, and his ability to teach a novice. My being able to handle the controls (while he remains in absolute control) was a definite E-ticket ride.
ps. Older Disneyland patrons will know what that means.
