This was an incredible experience!! A private flying lesson above the mountains in a World War II relic! It was both badass and insightful. If you have any appreciation for human flight, take full advantage of this opportunity—the Stearman is a very rare airplane and the instructor is a retired rocket/turbine engineer with a great personality and a deep understanding of flight mechanics and aviation history!

I had a great time flying with Craig and enjoyed the open cockpit experience. I’m a private pilot with time in Cessna and Piper aircraft, so getting to fly in the Stearman with Craig was a once in a lifetime experience. Even if you’re not a pilot this is still a plane ride that is a must experience!
Craig was a safe and smooth pilot and the plane was maintained in great mechanical condition. If you haven’t flown in a Stearman yet what are you waiting for?! Go fly with Craig!!
